Responsibilities
- Active participation in a core team to meet schedule, cost, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Assisting in the development, testing, and debugging of prototype power supply units.
- Analyzing test data and reports against functional and performance specifications.
- Interfacing with internal departments to ensure cost and schedule goals are met.
- Circuit design of analog and digital circuits, EMI filters, and power circuits.
- Development and implementation of control algorithms.
- Modeling and simulation of devices, circuits, or systems using commercial or proprietary tools.
Job Requirements
- Ability to work in a lab environment debugging circuits and evaluating product spec compliance using tools like oscilloscopes and multimeters.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Windows-based platforms and computer-based design tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Candidates must be pursuing MS or Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
- GPA greater than 3.25.
- Familiarity with CAD tools and firmware programming for embedded systems is preferred.
- Ability to work with serial communication protocols such as UART, SPI, and I2C.
