Responsibilities
- Lead RF designs with a cross-functional team to deliver products on time.
- Provide technical leadership in the design and troubleshooting of new subsystems and products.
- Collaborate with other teams to launch new products and ensure technology readiness.
- Refine high-level requirements and allocate detailed requirements to product modules.
- Implement best practices within the design team to support the design process.
- Build peer-to-peer relationships within the organization.
- Analyze, prototype, simulate, and validate circuit designs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial RF and/or power electronics.
- Expertise in high power RF design and power electronics design.
- Proficiency with simulation tools (e.g., LT Spice, Ansys EDT, Keysight ADS).
- Experience with common lab equipment for testing and debugging.
- Basic programming or scripting skills (Python and/or MATLAB).
- Proven record of getting products to market and providing technical leadership.
