Responsibilities
- Provides supporting services and tooling at the direction of senior engineers and scientists.
- Lays out and constructs a variety of prototype tools and fixtures required for development purposes.
- Conducts evaluations, tests, and analyses related to feasibility and function.
- Performs troubleshooting and fault isolation activities on various breadboards and hybrids.
- Conducts measurements specified in design verification plans and documents results.
- Complies with FDA regulations and company policies, maintaining positive communication with all levels of employees.
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in the layout, construction, and evaluation of prototype tools.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and comply with FDA regulations.
- Proficient in personal computer skills, including spreadsheet and database management.
- Advanced credentials or professional certification in a relevant discipline desired.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to travel approximately 10%, including internationally.
