Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers to design and manufacture electrical components for projects.
- Interface with various engineering teams to optimize designs based on system requirements.
- Lead design and implementation of complex control systems in R&D and production.
- Review designs for control systems, power distribution, and battery systems.
- Design test racks with data acquisition systems and power supplies.
- Develop documentation for electrical subsystems including specifications and test plans.
- Support supplier work through review of designs and testing activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 7+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 5+ years.
- Proficient with controls and electrical design programs (LTspice, Altium, Solidworks).
- Experience in LabVIEW development for real-time data acquisition.
- Familiarity with standard electronic lab test equipment.
- Ability to work with hardware and perform tasks like soldering and assembling.
- Experience under quality standards (NQA-1, AS 9100) is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
