Responsibilities
- Define and execute the engineering vision for production systems.
- Lead and mentor geographically distributed teams of software development engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production hardware and product management.
- Drive process optimization and best practices for Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and automation.
- Manage budgets and resources, ensuring projects are on schedule and within budget.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation in industrial and manufacturing automation.
- Foster an inclusive environment and high-performance culture across multiple locations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years of engineering experience with a track record in software development.
- 5+ years in leadership roles managing distributed engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of development processes and project management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred experience with firmware, embedded systems, and cryptographic systems.
- Good understanding of industrial and manufacturing automation designs.
