Responsibilities
- Conduct reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) analysis on plant equipment.
- Assist in developing preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
- Review engineering drawings and vendor manuals for equipment upgrades.
- Support root cause analysis (RCA) investigations for equipment failures.
- Inspect equipment condition and collect data for reliability projects.
- Develop reports on project progress for leadership.
- Work in both outdoor and office settings in an industrial environment.
Job Requirements
- Current student with Junior status or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Enrolled in an ABET accredited college or university.
- Available for full-time summer work and part-time during fall.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher and completion of core engineering coursework.
