Responsibilities
- Support the Engineering staff in operational tasks.
- Assist in outage coordination and power flow studies.
- Conduct transmission line loading reviews.
- Participate in restoration planning.
- Collaborate with various groups in the transmission business unit.
- Gain professional confidence in engineering tasks.
- Work full-time during the summer with potential part-time hours during the school semester.
Job Requirements
- Enrolled in an ABET accredited Electrical Engineering program.
- Current student, Sophomore or higher.
- Self-motivated with good mechanical aptitude.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well with other Engineers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (preferred).
- Completion of a Power Systems course (preferred).
