Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall manufacturing strategy to meet production demands.
- Lead and mentor teams in Manufacturing Operations, Quality, Manufacturing Process, and Test Engineering.
- Establish and maintain quality management systems for reliable drone production.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Product teams for seamless transitions from design to manufacturing.
- Manage manufacturing budgets, resources, and capital expenditures.
- Implement safety protocols and compliance standards within the manufacturing environment.
Job Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership in high-volume production.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience with quality management systems and statistical process control methodologies.
- Proven ability to implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including assembly, testing, and automation.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Experience managing budgets and financial performance in manufacturing.
