Responsibilities
- Develop and execute overall manufacturing strategy to meet production demands.
- Lead and mentor teams in Manufacturing Operations, Quality, Manufacturing Process, and Test Engineering.
- Establish and maintain quality management systems for reliable drone systems production.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Product teams for seamless transitions.
- Manage manufacturing budgets, resources, and capital expenditures.
- Implement and oversee safety protocols and compliance standards.
Job Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership in high-volume production.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering; Master's preferred.
- Experience with quality management systems and statistical process control.
- Proven ability to implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including assembly and testing.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Experience managing budgets and financial performance in manufacturing.
