Responsibilities
- Own the reliability strategy for A&A projects, including New Product Introduction and Ongoing Reliability Testing.
- Apply reliability engineering principles to product and component levels across various materials.
- Develop and standardize test protocols for consistency across suppliers.
- Collaborate with Asia-based reliability teams to execute test strategies.
- Analyze test data and lead cross-functional collaboration.
- Drive investigations and corrective actions for reliability issues.
- Balance rapid development timelines with product performance expectations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in reliability engineering, preferably in consumer electronics.
- Deep understanding of material behavior and durability.
- Proven track record in reliability test plans and protocols.
- Skilled in statistical analysis and reliability tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across geographies.
- Experience with contract manufacturers and suppliers.
