Responsibilities
- Own materials readiness across the full product lifecycle, from early development builds through mass production and sustaining.
- Drive clear-to-build processes, ensuring material supply aligns with program schedules, demand forecasts, and manufacturing capacity.
- Partner cross-functionally with Hardware Engineering, Global Supply Management, Operations, Finance, and Manufacturing teams.
- Lead structured reviews to assess supply risk, allocation exposure, and capacity constraints, and drive mitigation plans to closure.
- Monitor demand, supply, and inventory signals to balance continuity of supply with working capital efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal manufacturing sites and external partners to ensure alignment across all build locations.
- Establish tracking mechanisms for material availability, shortages, and ramp readiness, with clear communication of risks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in materials program management or supply planning within a high-volume hardware environment.
- Experience supporting material readiness for new product introduction and high-volume production.
- Strong analytical and program management capabilities.
- Experience working across global manufacturing footprints and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 15%).
