Responsibilities
- Own materials readiness across the full product lifecycle, from early development to mass production.
- Drive clear-to-build processes to ensure material supply aligns with schedules and manufacturing capacity.
- Collaborate with Hardware Engineering and other teams to translate product roadmaps into executable material plans.
- Lead reviews to assess supply risk and drive mitigation plans.
- Monitor demand, supply, and inventory signals to balance supply continuity and inventory health.
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure alignment across build locations.
- Establish tracking mechanisms for material availability and escalate risks impacting launch timing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in materials program management or operations program management in hardware or consumer electronics.
- Experience supporting material readiness for new products and high-volume production.
- Strong analytical and program management skills.
- Experience working across global manufacturing and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced environments and build scalable processes.
- Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 15%).
