Responsibilities
- Own materials readiness across the full product lifecycle.
- Drive clear-to-build processes to align material supply with schedules and forecasts.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate product roadmaps into material plans.
- Lead reviews to assess supply risk and drive mitigation plans.
- Monitor demand, supply, and inventory signals for efficiency.
- Coordinate with manufacturing sites and partners for alignment.
- Establish tracking mechanisms for material availability and escalate risks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in materials program management or operations in hardware.
- Experience with material readiness for NPI and high-volume production.
- Strong analytical and program management skills.
- Experience working across global manufacturing and with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced environments and build scalable processes.
- Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 15%).
