Responsibilities
- Lead the global GSM organization across regions, establishing ownership and performance standards.
- Define and execute sourcing strategies balancing cost, quality, lead time, and supply risk.
- Manage executive-level supplier relationships, leading negotiations and long-term agreements.
- Drive cost excellence through cost modeling and continuous cost reduction initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Operations for sourcing strategies.
- Build and scale a high-performing global team in negotiation, analytics, and supplier management.
- Support new product introduction and scaling into mass production.
Job Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in procurement or global supply management in hardware environments.
- Proven experience leading and developing global teams.
- Expertise in supplier negotiation, contract management, and cost modeling.
- Strong understanding of electronics supply chains and APAC supplier ecosystems.
- Ability to operate effectively across strategic and executional responsibilities.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally for supplier engagement and business needs.
