Responsibilities
- Lead the global GSM organization across regions, establishing clear ownership, accountability, and performance standards.
- Define and execute sourcing strategies across key commodities, balancing cost, quality, lead time, and supply risk.
- Own executive-level supplier relationships, leading negotiations and long-term agreements with contract manufacturers and strategic component suppliers.
- Drive cost excellence through should-cost modeling, cost roadmaps, and continuous cost reduction initiatives across the product lifecycle.
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to ensure sourcing strategies support new product introduction, ramp, and sustaining production.
- Build and scale a high-performing global team, strengthening capabilities in negotiation, analytics, and supplier management.
- Embrace and leverage AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring alignment with high-quality standards.
Job Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or global supply management, ideally within consumer electronics or high-growth hardware environments.
- Proven experience leading and developing global, distributed teams.
- Deep expertise in supplier negotiation, contract management, and cost modeling.
- Strong understanding of electronics supply chains, including components and contract manufacturing.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively across both strategic and executional responsibilities.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally to support supplier engagement and business needs.
