Responsibilities
- Perform engineering work for mechanical power plant equipment design and construction.
- Develop designs for pumps, valves, heat exchangers, and other equipment.
- Identify problems and propose solutions for projects.
- Support senior engineering personnel in design and analysis.
- Make technical evaluations to support engineering decisions.
- Communicate work status to technical leads and management.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams and participate in meetings.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in mechanical engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
- Understanding of Mathcad, MATLAB, or VBA.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively.
- Experience working in collaborative team environments.
- Familiarity with power plant equipment and systems.
