Responsibilities
- Support design, fabrication, construction, and maintenance of large-scale projects.
- Perform physical arrangement of structures, equipment, and piping using 3D design software.
- Conduct hazards evaluations with 3D plant models and analysis software.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and criteria documents.
- Use Westinghouse proprietary digital design architecture to verify engineering designs.
- Prepare reports to meet regulatory, code, and customer requirements.
- Provide engineering support to various departments and global work locations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Ability to work effectively remotely and on-site.
- Engineering internship experience is beneficial.
- Pursuit of Engineer in Training (EIT) Certification and Professional Engineering licensure (PE) is encouraged.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to support customer projects globally.
