Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in the design, construction, operation, and decommissioning of nuclear power plants.
- Grow and develop technical expertise in US and international nuclear markets.
- Work in teams to resolve critical issues impacting construction and operation of nuclear power plants.
- Develop and maintain effective business relationships with Westinghouse customers.
- Communicate project status, problem resolutions, and engineering recommendations through technical presentations.
- Master engineering software and technical design and analysis.
- Value safety and quality in all engineering tasks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (May 2023 or 2022 graduates).
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Prior internship experience at Westinghouse is preferred.
- Experience with technical engineering projects or research is a plus.
- Strong technical aptitude and eagerness to learn.
- Desire to obtain Engineering in Training Certification and long-term goal of P.E.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
