Responsibilities
- Apply the fission matrix approach
- Train on reactor physics, microreactor technologies, and methods development
- Gain exposure to the work of other research units within the larger division
- Conduct daily activities involving computer modeling and method development
Job Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering with a focus on materials science or a related discipline
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Completed at least sophomore year of undergraduate studies
- Experience with material properties and behavior, including mechanical, thermal, and chemical characteristics
