Responsibilities
- Apply the fission matrix approach to the eVinci microreactor.
- Train on reactor physics and microreactor technologies.
- Engage in methods development for reactor analysis.
- Conduct computer modeling related to neutronics.
- Collaborate with the eVinci Fuels Technical manager.
- Participate in the work of other research units within the division.
- Maintain a focus on safety, quality, and innovation in engineering practices.
Job Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering with a focus on materials science or a related discipline.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Must have completed at least sophomore year of undergraduate studies.
- Experience with material properties and behavior.
- Knowledge of mechanical, thermal, and chemical characteristics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
