Responsibilities
- Support the design, fabrication, construction, and maintenance of large-scale nuclear and non-nuclear projects.
- Perform physical arrangement of nuclear island structures, equipment, piping, and commodities using 3D design software.
- Conduct hazards evaluations with 3D plant models and analysis software.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and criteria documents.
- Utilize proprietary digital design architecture (WNEXUS) for engineering design tasks.
- Prepare reports to meet regulatory, code, and customer contract requirements.
- Provide engineering support to various departments, addressing RFIs and design changes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Architectural.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Willingness to pursue Engineer in Training (EIT) Certification and Professional Engineering licensure (PE).
