Responsibilities
- Design, model, and test machines, structures, or systems.
- Develop functional requirements and apply standard engineering principles.
- Create simulations and prototypes to evaluate designs.
- Monitor product quality and control process efficiency.
- Investigate failures to maintain quality and recommend improvements.
- Serve as a technical project engineer and subject matter expert.
- Lead multiple critical and complex engineering projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an ABET accredited program.
- 9+ years of relevant engineering experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration preferred.
- Demonstrated unique technical skills and core competencies.
- Ability to conceive plans for developing procedures and standards.
- Experience in overseeing engineers and technical personnel.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
