Responsibilities
- Conduct systems engineering analyses to accelerate system development and support business goals.
- Define ADAS and AD system performance metrics, measure and monitor system performance, and provide feedback to software development teams.
- Develop system validation strategy and test methodologies to quantify system and subsystem performance.
- Assess readiness of commercial deployment in different operational design domains (ODDs) to support leadership decisions.
- Conduct safety risk assessment in the framework of Safety Management Systems (SMS).
- Develop ADAS and AD system architecture with different vehicle platforms.
- Mentor junior systems engineers and foster a collaborative work environment.
Job Requirements
- Deep understanding of systems engineering principles and methodologies, especially in ADAS and AD technologies.
- Familiarity with AI-based system metrics development and performance validation.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a pragmatic and innovative approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Flexibility to work with teams in different time zones.
- Understanding of Chinese (Mandarin) is a strong plus.
