Responsibilities
- Own the whole vehicle architecture and layout development.
- Work on concept feasibility from early design to vehicle development.
- Collaborate on customer-focused mobility package solutions and ergonomic designs.
- Lead geometric development and modeling of vehicle package architecture.
- Manage early property development and physical model/package buck builds.
- Provide regular updates to the Executive Leadership Team.
- Negotiate targets and requirements with OEMs and partners.
Job Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Automotive Engineering/Product Development.
- 10+ years in advanced architectural vehicle development.
- Proven ability to negotiate with OEMs and suppliers.
- Experience operating at a senior level in relevant domains.
- Strong communication skills with C-Suite Executives.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and conflicting requirements.
- Preferred: Master's degree and experience in future mobility sectors.
