Responsibilities
- Lead the digital transformation for Supply Chain & Operations, managing end-to-end program delivery.
- Act as the liaison between Supply Chain/Operations and Digital Engineering, translating operational needs into system requirements.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment on outcomes, timelines, and budget.
- Own system delivery for forecasting, partner integrations, inventory, and logistics visibility.
- Manage program budgets, forecasts, and vendor partners, ensuring cost-efficient delivery.
- Improve data integrity and operational insights using AI, analytics, and automation.
- Present updates and reports to senior leadership regarding program status and outcomes.
Job Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in program/project management, digital engineering, or supply chain/operations technology roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Strong background in supply chain systems, ERP, and operations management.
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs.
- Excellent skills in road map planning, stakeholder management, and executive communication.
- Familiarity with AI/ML, analytics, automation, and data-driven operations preferred.
- Experience with digital transformation in global supply chains or operations networks is a plus.
