Responsibilities
- Lead the digital transformation for Supply Chain & Operations, managing program delivery from scoping to go-live.
- Act as a liaison between Supply Chain/Operations and Digital Engineering to translate operational needs into system requirements.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders and run portfolio governance, ensuring alignment on outcomes and timelines.
- Own system delivery for forecasting, partner integrations, inventory, and logistics visibility.
- Manage program budgets, forecasts, and vendor partners for cost-efficient delivery.
- Shape digital capabilities for global scaling, identifying gaps for optimization.
- Present updates to senior leadership on program status and outcomes.
Job Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in program/project management or supply chain/operations technology roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Strong background in supply chain systems and operations management.
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs.
- Excellent skills in stakeholder management and executive communication.
- Familiarity with AI/ML, analytics, and automation preferred.
- Experience with digital transformation in global supply chains is a plus.
