Responsibilities
- Align site priorities and justify capital projects within financial constraints.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying operational bottlenecks and developing actionable plans.
- Lead regulatory filing documentation for agencies like OSHA, FDA, and EPA.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, including 2 years in GMP/R&D facility-focused engineering projects.
- At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory expectations and GMP environments.
- Expertise in mechanical systems and facility engineering disciplines.
- Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and CMMS systems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
