Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product development efforts from requirements to validation and production.
- Collaborate with Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Firmware, and Industrial Design teams to track program schedules.
- Address challenges related to testing, line bring-up, and factory flow.
- Conduct weekly meetings with vendors and internal teams to update on progress.
- Manage build plans and unit allocations for product launches.
- Coordinate with Engineering and Supply Chain teams on launch plans.
- Serve as the main contact for international manufacturing partners.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical design and manufacturing processes.
- 3+ years of experience in developing and manufacturing electronics products.
- Experience completing at least one full hardware development cycle.
- Familiarity with overseas hardware supply chains.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills; Mandarin fluency is a plus.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
