Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product development efforts from requirements definition to validation and launch.
- Collaborate with Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Firmware, and Industrial Design teams to manage program schedules and deliverables.
- Address development hurdles related to testing, factory operations, and yield.
- Organize and lead meetings with vendors and internal teams.
- Oversee build plans and unit allocation for product launches.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Product Managers, and Supply Chain for launch execution.
- Serve as the primary contact for international manufacturing partners.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong technical knowledge in electrical design and manufacturing.
- 3+ years of experience in developing and manufacturing electronics products.
- Experience completing at least one full hardware development cycle.
- 3+ years of experience with overseas hardware supply chains.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills; fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment.
