Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product development efforts from requirements definition to validation and launch.
- Collaborate with Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Firmware, and Industrial Design teams to track program schedules.
- Mitigate risks associated with testing, production line setup, and factory flow.
- Conduct weekly meetings with vendors and internal teams for updates and presentations.
- Manage build plans and unit allocations prior to product launches.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Product Managers, and Supply Chain for launch execution.
- Serve as the primary contact for international manufacturing partners.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in developing and manufacturing electronics products.
- Proven experience in completing at least one full hardware development cycle.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical design and manufacturing processes.
- Experience working with an overseas hardware supply chain.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills; fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
