Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product development efforts from requirements definition to validation and certification.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to craft and track program schedules and deliverables.
- De-risk development by addressing testing, manufacturing, and operational hurdles.
- Conduct weekly meetings with vendors and internal teams to provide updates and presentations.
- Manage the build plan and unit allocation for product launches.
- Work with Engineering and Product Managers to define and execute launch plans.
- Serve as the main contact for international manufacturing partners.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical design and manufacturing processes.
- 3+ years of experience in developing and manufacturing electronics products.
- Experience completing a full hardware development cycle through product launch.
- Familiarity with overseas hardware supply chain management.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills; Mandarin fluency is a plus.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
