Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product development efforts from requirements definition to validation and ramp-up.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to track program schedules and deliverables.
- Address development hurdles related to testing and manufacturing processes.
- Conduct weekly meetings with vendors and internal teams.
- Own the build plan and unit allocation for product launches.
- Coordinate launch plans with Engineering and Supply Chain teams.
- Serve as the primary contact for international manufacturing partners.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical design and manufacturing processes.
- 3+ years of experience in developing and manufacturing electronics products.
- Experience completing at least one full hardware development cycle.
- Familiarity with overseas hardware supply chains.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills; Mandarin fluency is a plus.
- Ability to travel internationally up to 20%.
