Responsibilities
- Lead electrical engineering for new products from initial proof of concept through to mass production.
- Collaborate with an international team of hardware engineers, mechanical engineers, industrial designers, software engineers, and product managers.
- Own component selection, schematic and layout development based on created architecture.
- Maintain Hardware Requirements Document for system-level and component-level specifications.
- Prototype new product concepts and conduct testing and validation.
- Build and execute robust test plans and lead root cause analysis efforts.
- Collaborate with manufacturing partners to review designs and troubleshoot issues.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering; M.S. preferred.
- 5+ years experience in designing new electronics products.
- Ability to travel internationally up to 15%.
