Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Fleet Health & Quality for Azure hardware infrastructure.
- Drive governance best practices for fleet management.
- Champion Fleet Quality and develop quick-turn solutions for customer experience improvements.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables while managing timelines and budgets.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to identify project requirements and risks.
- Work with hardware, firmware, and software teams to build scalable solutions for fleet availability.
Job Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 9+ years of technical engineering experience or equivalent.
- Experience in technical leadership as a Program or Product manager, or similar roles.
- Capable of deep dives into platform design and verification flows.
- Proven experience in leading high-performance Program Management or Engineering teams.
- Preferred background in cloud computing and modern server architecture.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage resources and budgets.
