Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, install, replace, and repair boilers, heating pumps, and associated equipment.
- Manage refrigerant compressors, condensers, and air conditioning systems, ensuring their operational integrity.
- Oversee the maintenance of pumps handling refrigerating liquids and associated distribution systems.
- Conduct maintenance and repairs on air compressors and their control systems.
- Ensure the functionality of natural gas distribution lines and associated valves.
- Perform maintenance on water distribution systems, including filters, pumps, and plumbing fixtures.
- Manage the operation and repair of electrical motors and engines used in various systems.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Completion of apprenticeship training.
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.
- EPA refrigerant certification required.
- Necessary licenses for equipment operation as per job location.
- Strong mechanical and electrical repair skills.
- Ability to work with building automation systems for HVAC.
