Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the integrated master schedule (IMS) and critical path analysis.
- Capture and manage system-level requirements and ensure they flow down to subsystem teams.
- Ensure system budget closure aligns with mission and customer requirements.
- Represent customer perspectives within engineering and negotiate well-formed positions.
- Manage customer interface and payload requirements across all manifest slots.
- Plan and coordinate the launch campaign logistics and facility readiness.
- Track risks, action items, and status reporting for the program.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of engineering experience in aerospace or defense.
- 3+ years of program management or systems engineering leadership experience.
- Experience with satellite or complex hardware delivery programs.
- Strong systems engineering background with an ability to manage requirements and budgets.
- Experience managing multi-unit builds and customer relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
