Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the Loads & Dynamics organization, managing multiple engineering teams.
- Define and execute the long-term technical strategy for the discipline.
- Own department-level budget and resource allocation decisions.
- Drive execution excellence across the full product lifecycle.
- Establish and maintain system-level dynamic models and methodologies.
- Provide technical authority for vibration and shock requirements and testing.
- Develop and mentor managers and senior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years of engineering experience in aerospace or safety-critical industries.
- 5+ years of engineering management experience.
- Extensive experience in loads and environments prediction and structural dynamics.
- Proven track record supporting hardware development through the full product lifecycle.
- Proficiency with industry-standard analysis tools (e.g., FEMAP/NASTRAN, ANSYS).
- Strong strategic thinking and executive communication skills.
