Responsibilities
- Define the long-term vision and roadmap for the Avionics team.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in electrical circuit design, analysis, and testing.
- 5+ years of engineering leadership experience.
- Expertise with avionics test equipment and PCB design.
- Proficiency with ECAD design tools like Altium.
- Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with NASA standards and spaceflight-relevant requirements.
