Responsibilities
- Partner with design engineering and manufacturing teams to create test, manufacturability, and inspection plans for vehicle hardware.
- Contain suspect or known non-conforming products and provide guidance to quality inspectors and engineers.
- Perform failure modes and effects analyses and ensure adequate test coverage and compliance for flight hardware.
- Support vehicle level deliverables for regulatory compliance and verification evidence.
- Assist in vehicle level risk management and execution of mitigations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in aerospace, computer science, electrical, manufacturing, mechanical, or material sciences engineering.
- Experience in generating, processing, and analyzing data for production insights.
- Troubleshooting complex engineering issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in a programming language.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills with a drive for innovation in technology.
- Preferred experience in full project lifecycle ownership and quality tools.
- Hands-on knowledge of various manufacturing processes.
