Responsibilities
- Modify and complete manufacturing processes for lean manufacturing, including machining and electro-mechanical assembly.
- Complete project deliverables under the guidance of project managers and engineers.
- Improve processes and performance indicators using standardized problem-solving techniques.
- Introduce innovations to simplify work and enhance quality.
- Adhere to safety and quality requirements, including ISO systems and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Create documentation to support successful product launches.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an engineering degree program.
- Two to three years of college-level coursework in engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Understanding of metals fabrication processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral.
- Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
