Responsibilities

  • Drive Supply Chain readiness for hardware products and ensure program delivery on schedule, scale, cost, and quality.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Supply Chain, and Product Management teams.
  • Create and manage relationships with Contract Manufacturers and suppliers.
  • Provide regular program status updates to executive leadership.
  • Lead strategic decision-making regarding supplier selections and launch strategies.
  • Identify and manage improvements in cost, quality, efficiency, and output within the supply chain.
  • Proactively address issues impacting program deliverables.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Hardware Operations Program Management or similar roles.
  • Experience leading programs through all stages of the product lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with all hardware engineering disciplines and supply chain processes.
  • Ability to travel internationally and domestically 30% of the time.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to adapt complex challenges into tangible solutions.
