Responsibilities
- Drive Supply Chain readiness for hardware products and ensure program delivery on schedule, scale, cost, and quality.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Supply Chain, and Product Management teams.
- Create and manage relationships with Contract Manufacturers and suppliers.
- Provide regular program status updates to executive leadership.
- Lead strategic decision-making regarding supplier selections and launch strategies.
- Identify and manage improvements in cost, quality, efficiency, and output within the supply chain.
- Proactively address issues impacting program deliverables.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Hardware Operations Program Management or similar roles.
- Experience leading programs through all stages of the product lifecycle.
- Familiarity with all hardware engineering disciplines and supply chain processes.
- Ability to travel internationally and domestically 30% of the time.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
