The Engineer - Interiors role involves providing engineering support for aircraft interiors and related systems, ensuring safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance while working with cross-functional teams to analyze issues and implement engineering projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engineering solutions for aircraft interiors, including project justification and regulatory compliance.
  • Review and assess Service Bulletins (SBs), airworthiness directives, and modification requests.
  • Define and maintain maintenance programs and technical specifications for aircraft interiors.
  • Collaborate with operational groups, suppliers, and vendors for airworthiness and safety.
  • Investigate technical issues and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation for repairs and modifications.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace) or related field.
  • Entry level to 5 years of engineering experience.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical issues and manage compliance projects.
  • Basic engineering expertise in aircraft systems and interiors.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
