Responsibilities
- Build an engineering team focused on innovation and new product development.
- Manage a hardware engineering team for high-speed storage PCB products.
- Guide the verification team on product testing and verification tools.
- Develop and manage a software and firmware team for product support.
- Maintain knowledge of technical developments in PCB and firmware design.
- Manage applications engineers to support customer technical needs.
- Prioritize and manage hardware, software, and test engineering teams for project completion.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of high-speed PCB design and validation test experience.
- 3+ years managing engineering/technical teams in manufacturing.
- Working knowledge of PCB and CAD tools (Orcad, Allegro, etc.).
- Project management experience with small to medium size projects.
- Experience designing memory and data center products.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and technical writing skills.
