Responsibilities
- Lead the manufacturing engineering department to develop and execute manufacturing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee process design, equipment engineering, NPI, and continuous improvement programs across manufacturing sites.
- Manage capital equipment investments, capacity planning, and technology deployment.
- Drive Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and operational excellence initiatives at scale.
- Collaborate closely with Quality, Supply Chain, R&D, and Operations leadership.
- Build and develop a high-performing engineering team, mentoring managers and senior engineers.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive manufacturing engineering experience, including leadership in EMS or complex manufacturing.
- Proven track record leading large teams and managing multi-site operations.
- Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, operational excellence, and capital equipment management.
- Excellent strategic planning, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally at all organizational levels.
