Responsibilities
- Lead complex manufacturing projects and optimize production processes.
- Develop manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and process workflows.
- Provide technical direction and on-the-job training to production staff.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards during system builds.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary efforts and communicate effectively on projects.
- Investigate customer or internal issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in cost estimations and development of capital project programs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related).
- 5+ years’ experience in high-technology manufacturing, preferably in semiconductor capital equipment.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles and Six Sigma Greenbelt preferred.
- Familiarity with semiconductor capital equipment and electronic Work Instruction software.
- Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
- Prior experience leading small teams to achieve project success.
- Good interpersonal skills for teamwork and independent work.
