Responsibilities
- Define and drive complex programs from early planning through full-scale deployment.
- Manage cross-functional strategic and business planning processes.
- Coordinate large-scale, multi-functional initiatives and track progress.
- Champion Uber's interests with external AV partners.
- Develop a deep understanding of technical details for the AM&D Program.
- Report progress, risks, and decisions to executive leadership.
- Navigate ambiguity to drive clarity and alignment in a complex environment.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years leading complex, cross-functional programs.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Fluency with data to support decisions, including SQL or equivalent.
- Exposure to autonomous systems or related domains preferred.
- Experience with OEMs, Tier 1s, or autonomy companies preferred.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to connect various technical aspects.
- Clear communication style to influence stakeholders.
