Responsibilities
- Define and drive complex programs from early planning through full-scale deployment.
- Manage the cross-functional strategic and business planning process.
- Coordinate large-scale, multi-functional initiatives and track progress.
- Champion Uber's interests with external AV partners.
- Develop a deep understanding of technical details for the AM&D Program.
- Regularly report progress, risks, and decisions to executive leadership.
- Operate with a high level of autonomy in a complex environment.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years leading complex, cross-functional programs in hardware, software, and operations.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Fluency with data to support decisions, including SQL or equivalent.
- Exposure to autonomous systems or adjacent domains.
- Experience working with OEMs, Tier 1s, or autonomy companies.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to connect various technical aspects.
- Clear communication style to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
