Responsibilities
- Utilize technology to improve and automate production lines.
- Develop new chemical or mechanical processes.
- Review and analyze production lines for automation opportunities.
- Design simplified calibration techniques for production line machines.
- Develop new analysis techniques.
- Present findings and progress to site and regional leadership.
- Collaborate with a mentor to enhance learning and project outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Must be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- Must be a junior going into their senior year with an expected graduation in Spring 2027.
- Good academic standing required.
- Understanding of chemistry or material science is essential.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project).
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with potential exposure to noise, dust, heat/cold, and hazardous chemicals.
