Facilities Electrical Engineer

The role involves serving as a Facilities Electrical Engineer at TSMC, focusing on electrical power systems for a semiconductor fabrication facility. The engineer will be responsible for safety, reliability, and documentation of these systems, as well as engaging with field electricians and providing design support for projects.

• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workplace.
• Develop system documentation including PM Job Plans and operating instructions.
• Ensure maintenance meets OEM requirements and identifies improvement opportunities.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on equipment failures.
• Manage the Electrical Load Database and ensure system redundancy.
• Provide training and troubleshooting support to electricians.
• Develop and review plans and specifications for electrical infrastructure.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering.
• Knowledge of industry standards and ability to apply them.
• Proficient in electrical engineering principles and infrastructure design.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead teams.
• Proficient with technical writing and design software.
