Responsibilities
- Maintains a clean, orderly, and safe workplace.
- Develops system documentation including PM Job Plans and Operating Instructions.
- Evaluates maintenance effectiveness and identifies improvement opportunities.
- Leads Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures.
- Manages the Electrical Load Database to ensure redundancy and capacity.
- Provides training and troubleshooting to electricians.
- Ensures compliance with safety and environmental protection requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering.
- Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Proficient in electrical engineering principles and infrastructure design.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead teams.
- Proficient with technical writing and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
