Responsibilities
- Determine how key functions in a process are identified, defined, and controlled.
- Troubleshoot areas for quality and manufacturing efficiency improvement.
- Improve capability through statistically screening variables impacting the process.
- Provide process and operations support to cross-functional teams.
- Apply Lean manufacturing principles for waste removal and ergonomics.
- Improve production machines through corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance.
- Prepare engineering documents including Process Flow Diagrams and project schedules.
Job Requirements
- 3+ to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 4-year degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Solid knowledge of battery manufacturing processes.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and statistical software.
- Ability to guide and execute efforts with minimal supervision.
- Motivated self-starter who can manage multiple tasks under pressure.
