Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate existing manufacturing processes for efficiency and productivity improvements.
- Interact with shop floor employees to understand issues and provide technical solutions.
- Manage Manufacturing Excellence projects to reduce costs and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure safety compliance of processes and equipment.
- Lead root cause analysis exercises and manage corrective action plans.
- Support the design of new tools and manage builds with external vendors.
- Maintain documentation of process changes and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
- Minimum of 1 year related experience and/or training.
- Strong math and blueprint reading skills.
- Ability to analyze technical data effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to solve practical problems in a manufacturing context.
