Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate existing manufacturing processes for efficiency improvements.
- Interact with shop floor employees to understand issues and provide technical solutions.
- Manage Manufacturing Excellence projects to reduce costs and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards in processes and equipment.
- Lead root cause analysis and manage corrective action plans.
- Support the design and management of new tools and manufacturing aids.
- Maintain documentation of process changes and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
- Minimum of 1 year related experience and/or training.
- Proficient in math and blueprint reading.
- Strong analytical skills for technical data.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to solve practical problems with various variables.
- Demonstrates good judgment in problem investigation.
