Responsibilities
- Lead the Mechanical Engineering group and develop competencies within the team.
- Manage team goals, performance evaluations, and talent acquisition.
- Ensure high-quality output and resource allocation for projects.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborations.
- Contribute to the EFA technology roadmap development.
- Collaborate with partners and research centers for innovative concepts.
- Engage with project leads for productive team collaboration.
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with expertise in complex designs.
- 15+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in semiconductors.
- Proven leadership experience in high-tech R&D environments.
- Strong understanding of New Product Development (NPD) processes.
- Knowledge of optomechanical technologies is highly preferred.
- Ability to manage complex engineering projects effectively.
- Excellent skills in inspiring and motivating teams.
