Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical authority on sterile equipment.
- Oversee equipment lifecycle planning.
- Implement a maintenance excellence program.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree is desirable.
- 10+ years of experience in engineering, specifically with sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
- Knowledge of isolators, fill finish equipment, compounding equipment, and lyophilizers.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to implement global standards and lead in a matrix environment.
- Proven track record of delivering results.
