Responsibilities
- Build and wire power supplies, energy storage systems, and high-current AC-DC converters.
- Support the installation and cabling of MV/LV switchgear, transformers, and distribution panels.
- Assist in integrating auxiliary electrical systems and balance-of-plant infrastructure.
- Set up testbeds and perform hardware bring-up and signal probing.
- Perform board-level debugging, soldering, and rework on custom PCBs.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and provide field markups.
- Utilize lab measurement tools for testing and validation.
Job Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Technology or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as an electrical technician.
- Experience in building and installing electrical distribution panels and power supplies.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics.
- Proficiency with lab measurement tools like oscilloscopes and multimeters.
- Strong understanding of electrical safety standards.
- Familiarity with high-voltage distribution equipment and PCB rework.
