Responsibilities

  • Participate in gauge plans for part numbers.
  • Program new vision systems for high-volume part numbers.
  • Work on calibrated gauge reduction projects.
  • Improve workflow processes through COTR developments.
  • Conduct CNC time studies for project assets.
  • Update plant maps using CAD.
  • Troubleshoot and enhance manufacturing processes and setups.

Job Requirements

  • Current Sophomore or Junior in a Bachelor's program in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related fields.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in manufacturing processes.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and basic CAM/CNC concepts preferred.
  • Proficient in engineering and office software (Excel, CAD).
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams.
  • Minimum GPA of 2.8 or above.
