Responsibilities
- Participate in gauge plans for part numbers.
- Program new vision systems for high-volume part numbers.
- Work on calibrated gauge reduction projects.
- Improve workflow processes through COTR developments.
- Conduct CNC time studies for project assets.
- Update plant maps using CAD.
- Troubleshoot and enhance manufacturing processes and setups.
Job Requirements
- Current Sophomore or Junior in a Bachelor's program in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related fields.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and basic CAM/CNC concepts preferred.
- Proficient in engineering and office software (Excel, CAD).
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams.
- Minimum GPA of 2.8 or above.
