Responsibilities
- Research and implement reinforcement learning algorithms for optimization.
- Develop simulation and hardware in the loop environments for evaluating RL performance.
- Benchmark RL results against conventional techniques.
- Collaborate with product and research teams to innovate real silicon solutions.
- Define data and control paths and AFE hardware requirements.
- Develop complete system simulations for solution validation and performance analysis.
- Create prototypes using TI products to demonstrate solutions.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field with relevant background.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
- Strong foundation in reinforcement learning, control theory, or optimization.
- Experience with embedded control and real-time experimentation.
- Proficiency in Python and Matlab/Simulink.
- Skills in debugging hardware/software and delivering prototypes.
- Ability to work collaboratively and creatively solve problems.
