Responsibilities
- Research and develop novel digital compute in-memory architectures optimized for edge AI workloads.
- Explore algorithm-hardware co-design techniques for energy efficiency and computational throughput.
- Collaborate with internal technology design teams to simulate and validate CIM-based solutions.
- Develop and optimize machine learning models and inference engines for in-memory computing.
- Participate in the design and implementation of software toolchains for CIM evaluation.
- Investigate memory hierarchy optimizations and data movement reduction strategies.
- Interface with stakeholders to negotiate specifications and develop technical definitions for new products.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a graduate degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
- Solid background in computer architecture, digital design, or embedded systems.
- Proficiency in hardware description languages (Verilog/VHDL) and programming in Python and C/C++.
- Experience with machine learning model optimization and deployment on constrained devices.
- Knowledge of SRAM/DRAM circuit design and memory architecture principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
