Responsibilities

  • Research and develop novel digital compute in-memory architectures optimized for edge AI workloads.
  • Explore algorithm-hardware co-design techniques for energy efficiency and computational throughput.
  • Collaborate with internal technology design teams to simulate and validate CIM-based solutions.
  • Develop and optimize machine learning models and inference engines for in-memory computing.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of software toolchains for CIM evaluation.
  • Investigate memory hierarchy optimizations and data movement reduction strategies.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to negotiate specifications and develop technical definitions for new products.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a graduate degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
  • Background in computer architecture, digital design, memory systems, or embedded systems.
  • Proficiency in hardware description languages (Verilog/VHDL) and/or architectural simulation tools.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and C/C++.
  • Experience with machine learning model optimization and deployment on resource-constrained devices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
