Responsibilities
- Develop maintenance and operations plans for mechanical systems like Hydronics, Chillers, and Pumps.
- Troubleshoot operational issues using first principles.
- Create and modify maintenance and standard operating procedures (SOPs) and train personnel.
- Interface with design, startup, commissioning, and installation teams.
- Apply Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) concepts to problems.
- Identify and implement improvement projects for system reliability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to optimize systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in mechanical engineering.
- Intermediate knowledge of mechanical engineering principles.
- Familiarity with mechanical systems such as pumps and chillers.
- Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills.
- Proficient in data and system analysis.
