Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hardware and software engineering teams to transition robot designs from concept to production.
- Provide manufacturing insights to streamline product design for manufacturability.
- Drive the development of manufacturing lines from initial concept to full-scale production.
- Lead the development of prototype manufacturing equipment for low volume lines.
- Formulate assembly sequences and define critical quality parameters for production efficiency.
- Partner with technicians to implement design modifications and expedite assembly processes.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, software, and algorithmic issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in CAD tools (Catia and AutoCAD preferred).
- Experience in mechanical assembly and electrical integration.
- Familiarity with automation equipment, control systems, and communication protocols.
- Proven experience in transitioning products from prototype to production.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
