Responsibilities

  • Represent the Supply Chain organization in meetings with Tesla’s Executive Team, providing updates on AI hardware program status and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Define and drive execution of project requirements and workflows, emphasizing automation tools for AI hardware supply chain processes.
  • Analyze the supply chain for AI hardware projects and measure performance criteria to support decision-making.
  • Manage project timelines and resources for AI hardware initiatives, ensuring risk mitigation actions are identified.
  • Monitor project processes to prevent delays and identify risks in AI hardware sourcing.
  • Develop systems to track manufacturing equipment readiness tailored to AI hardware needs.
  • Maintain dashboards to track program status and communicate key metrics to the organization.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or Operations Management.
  • At least 5 years of project/program management or strategic supply chain experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience delivering complex programs involving hardware-software integration for autonomous systems or robotics.
  • Superior analytical skills with knowledge of SQL for developing automation dashboards.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Ability to present technical aspects of AI supply chains to leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and adapt in dynamic technology landscapes.
