Responsibilities
- Facilitate Design FMEA sessions to identify risks and drive reliable design choices.
- Set reliability requirements and targets for products and components.
- Define reliability test plans and analyze lab and field data for reliability trends.
- Communicate test plans and results to stakeholders within the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve reliability issues.
- Conduct failure analysis to understand root causes and drive resolutions.
- Provide reliability design guidelines and apply lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Three years of experience in a Reliability Engineering role.
- Understanding of accelerated testing methods and physics of failure.
- Knowledge of applied statistics and reliability statistics.
- Experience analyzing test results and interpreting reliability insights.
- Familiarity with reliability growth techniques and failure analysis techniques.
- Working knowledge of programming languages, preferably Python or Matlab.
